macaroon Class

闲闲的,这次决定去玩 Macaroon Class 了。。这可是法国著名的甜品

分享一下那个制作过程, 可是我只能用英文 (照抄而已)

Macaroon 的材料


Ground Almonds (125g)
Icing Sugar (125g)
Egg Whites (45g) - about 3 eggs
Sugar (125g)
Egg Whites (45g)
Coloring


1. Mix together ground almonds and icing sugar with first egg whites and desired color


2. Make Italian Meringue with sugar and second egg whites. Boil sugar till 117 -119 celcius. Cover sugar with enough water and cover pot with alumilium paper and make holes.
    Beat egg whites till it folds. Get oven heated, 150 celcius. When sugar ready, pour eggs   together with sugar.


3. Fold meringue into ground almond mixture and add in colouring you want. Pipe onto a sheet pan

我组的,乱倒~~记得要把那盘从高处放下来,才会把那东西膨大

4. Bake at 150 for about 8-10 minutes.
完成品
现在要做夹在中间的Praline Butter Cream

Ingredient
Sugar (180g)
Water (30 ml)
Egg Whites (3-4 eggs)
Praline Paste

1. Boil Water and sugar to 117-119 celcius and then whip the whites until they from soft peaks.
2. With the machine running, slowly beat it the hot syrup. Continue beating until meringue is cold and form firm peaks.
3. Add the soft butter to the cool meringue and blending it in well

4. Add in Vanilla and praline taste
那几瓶就是praline taste, 听说很贵, 几十元一瓶
当一切准备好的时候, 就是时候把cream搽在macaroon。
我弄的,丑到

还是trainer弄得的比较美
说真的,macaroon 好甜哦,有点接受不到。。不过如下次要做,可以再控制糖的分量。。

  1. 好像不会太难...但是怎么弄得那么圆啊?有工具吧?

  2. 看起来真的好容易,只是我平常少做cookie..你知道有一种三角形的纸带,电视上那些人用来挤cream在蛋糕上。。然后你要把那个pan拿到高处放下来, 就可以了。。不过那个声音很吵, piang piang 声。。
